Why should I choose this plan?
Chances are you’ve tried dieting before, and maybe you’ve even had some successes, but you’re still looking for help. This will be different. There are no faddy rules. No food is banned. And you won’t be set generic goals.
We will work together. We will talk about your lifestyle, the things which make weight loss difficult and any food preferences.
We’ll set challenges, specific to you, which will help you meet targets on the way to your ultimate goals. And you’ll learn to eat in a way which is sustainable long-term.
With the additional personal training sessions, we can start to tone muscles and make sure that you build and maintain your lean mass, focusing on getting rid of the bits you don’t want!
